First and foremost — thanks for following!
I’m writing to let you know what’s been going on with my blog. As you may know, for a long time, there was nothing! Then, — all of a sudden! — there’s recently been post after post. Here’s why:
Unfortunately, I’ve done a really poor job keeping up with my blog over the past year or two. So I’m trying to catch up. I want this blog to be a reflection of my life; a journal of my journey. More professional than personal, but nonetheless, there’s not much work/life balance anymore so those lines are pretty blurred for me.
My passion is helping people do things better. So my plan is to document what I’m doing, and what I’ve done, professionally and personally to help people do things better. This casts a far-reaching net, and may include topics from knowledge management, to learning presentations, to questions to think about, to…well…just about anything!
And just so you know… I don’t have an editorial calendar, or a blog strategy — none of that. I post when I feel compelled — and about whatever I feel compelled to write about. It’s that simple. Really. (I’m letting you know so I manage expectations appropriately. After all, we are on this journey together.)
Too often, life passes us by and we forget to take pictures, or write about our experiences, or journal how we felt, etc. I’m trying to STOP doing that. Starting now…
Lastly — and as always, — your opinions, comments, and questions are always welcomed. In fact, I appreciate hearing your opinions, comments, and questions. Don’t be shy!
